How long does shipping take?
Every robe is in stock. Orders ship in 1–3 business days, then take 5–10 business days to arrive with tracking. Shipping is free. Order by December 12th for delivery before Christmas.

How does the heating work?
Plug the USB cable into any power bank and drop it in the pocket. The remote has 3 warmth levels. A power bank is not included.

Where are the foot pockets?
Inside. The sherpa lining folds up into two pouches at the hem, so the outside looks like a normal robe and your feet stay covered when you sit or curl up.

What size is it?
One size fits most adults. It's full length with a tie belt.

Can I return or exchange?
All sales are final. If you add the 1 Year Warranty and the heating, hood or stitching fails in the first year, we send you a new robe.

Is shipping protection available?
Yes. Add it in your cart and if your parcel is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, we reship it free.

What about bundle deals?
Buy 2 robes and save 10%. Buy 3 and save 20%. Mix any designs. The discount applies automatically in the cart.

How do I wash it?
Unplug and remove the controller and cable, then hand wash cold or machine wash on a gentle cycle in a laundry bag. Air dry.
