Refund policy

All sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges.

1 Year Warranty: if you added the 1 Year Warranty to your order and the heating, the hood or the stitching of your robe fails within one year of delivery, contact us through the contact form at /pages/contact with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem, and we'll send you a new robe at no cost.

Shipping Protection: if you added Shipping Protection and your order is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we'll reship it free.
